According to reports Paramount is currently talking with Katy Perry in the hopes that she will agree to starring in her own concert movie similar to Justin Bieber’s hit film “Never Say Never.” We know that Justin had a bunch of celebrity guests during his concert that was filmed, so we’re betting Katy will do the same if the movie deal goes through.
