Here is a first look at the character Red Skull in Marvel’s upcoming film “Captain America: The First Avenger.” The movie stars Chris Evans as Captain America/Steve Rogers, and Red Skull is played by Hugo Weaving. What do you think of Captain America’s enemy?
“Captain America: The First Avenger” has a July 22, 2011 release date. Are you planning on watching this movie in theaters?
According to reports, Disney composer Alan Menken may be working on the music for Marvel’s upcoming movie “Captain America: The First Avenger.” No word yet on if he will work on the score of the movie or if he will be lending his talent to writing just one song or working to produce some of the songs.
It has also been announced that Michael Giacchino (“Star Trek”) will be writing the majority of the score for the film.
“Captain America: The First Avenger” will arrive in theaters on July 22, 2011. We’ll keep you posted when more details about the music in the movie are announced.
Director Shane Black is currently in negotiations to direct Marvel’s “Iron Man 3” film. He may also write the “Iron Man 3″ script if the deal goes through.
Shane has previously directed the film “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang,” which starred “Iron Man” actor Robert Downey Jr, so it will be interesting to see these two working together again!
