ABC Family To Launch ABC Spark In Canada Spring 2012

The popular ABC network ABC Family will be launching a new network in Canada called ABC Spark that will feature a lot of the programming made popular on ABC Family in the United States. ABC Spark will air episodes of the popular shows Melissa & Joey, Secret Life Of The American Teenager, Switched At Birth, Make It Or Break It and Jane By Design when the network launches in early Spring of 2012.

We are big fans of the ABC Family lineup of television shows and are so excited that Canadian viewers will be able to become addicted to the same shows we currently enjoy. What do you think of the new ABC Spark television network coming to Canada?

“Phineas and Ferb” Co-creators Dan Povenmire and Jeff ‘Swampy’ Marsh got together to record an amazing song about their experience writing and animating Disney XD‘s hit show “Phineas and Ferb.” Recently, they created a music video to go along with the song – giving a behind-the-scenes look at the fun that goes into creating each episode of “Phineas and Ferb.”

ABC Cancels Brand New Show “Charlie’s Angels” After Four Episodes

After just four episodes ABC has already decided to cancel the show “Charlie’s Angels.” The show reportedly had low viewer numbers, and those numbers must have been really low for the show to be canceled so quickly after its premiere.

The revamped “Charlie’s Angels” series starred Rachael Taylor, Annie Ilonzeh and Minka Kelly as the angels. Where do you think the show went wrong? With the actors, storyline, or something else?

“Fish Hooks” Season 2 Premieres November 4, 2011

“Fish Hooks” returns to Disney Channel for its second season on November 4 at 9:30 ET/PT. Who will be returning from the first season and who will be guest starring? Disney explains in its press release:

“Fish Hooks” features a talented voice cast including Chelsea Kane (“Dancing with the Stars,” “JONAS”) as Bea, Kyle Massey (“Dancing with the Stars,” “Cory in the House”) as Milo, and Justin Roiland (“The Sarah Silverman Program”) as Oscar. Upcoming episodes will introduce guest characters, including a new crush for Oscar, voiced by Felicia Day (“The Guild”), a Rat King outside the tanks voiced by Wallace Shawn (“Toy Story,” “The Incredibles”) and a new marching band conductor voiced by Doug Brochu (“So Random!”). Season two will continue to follow best fish friends Bea, Milo and Oscar as they tackle everyday tween life from friendship, dating and sports, to more atypical situations like giant lobsters, babysitting an ornery catfish and learning to ride a bucking scorpion.

The series’ all-star recurring cast includes Rachel Dratch (“Saturday Night Live”) as Esmargot, Jerry Stiller (“The King of Queens”) as Principal Stickler, Atticus Shaffer (“The Middle”) as Albert Glass, Jennifer Coolidge (“Legally Blonde,” “Best in Show”) as Ms. Lips, exercise guru Richard Simmons as Coach Salmons, Dana Snyder (“Chowder”) as Mr. Baldwin, Alex Hirsch as Clamantha, John DiMaggio (“Futurama”) as Jocktopus, Edie McClurg (“Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”) as Mrs. Goldfishberg, Tiny Lister (“Friday”) as Mr. Mussels, Kari Wahlgren (“Phineas and Ferb”) as Shellsea, John Caparulo (“Chelsea Lately”) as Headphone Joe and Kevin McDonald (“Lilo & Stitch: The Series”) as Mr. Frog.
