Justin Bieber is busy recording for his new album “Believe,” but that doesn’t mean he can’t work hard and play hard too! Justin was photographed skateboarding with his friends in Miami, Florida on February 1, 2012 – fun!

Justin was joined skateboarding with Lil Wayne recently, which must have been a blast! We wonder if Lil Wayne also made it into the studio with Justin to record for his new CD? Would you like that?

According to reports Paramount is currently talking with Katy Perry in the hopes that she will agree to starring in her own concert movie similar to Justin Bieber’s hit film “Never Say Never.” We know that Justin had a bunch of celebrity guests during his concert that was filmed, so we’re betting Katy will do the same if the movie deal goes through.

So, do you think that Katy will have her good friend Justin on stage with her? We’re guessing Justin has ties to Paramount still even though his movie released a while ago, and we wouldn’t doubt that Justin isn’t done releasing concert films.
