Disney Channel has just announced that they will be picking up the Emmy Award winning Disney Channel original series “Wizards of Waverly Place” for a fourth season. The President of Entertainment and Chief Creative Officer of Disney Channels Worldwide, Gary Marsh had this to say about the show,
The Emmy win this past year confirmed what we already believed — this is a cast of superstar comedic talent, backed by an inspired team of writers and producers.
Also check out the latest news on the sequel to “Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie” that will be coming to Disney Channel soon.
It was just announced that there will be a sequel to the first Wizards Of Waverly Place movie and that the script will be written by Dan Berendsen who wrote the first Wizards movie and has also worked on such films as “Hannah Montana: The Movie” and “Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.”
With those movies under his belt we can bet that the sequel to the first Wizards of Waverly Place movie will be great fun. There is no release date set for the film but check back to get the latest news on the sequel.
