Miley Cyrus recently appeared on “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” to promote her hosting job on “Saturday Night Live,” which happened on March 5, 2011. During Miley’s interview with Jimmy she spoke about her Disney Channel Original Series “Hannah Montana.”

Miley talks about the things she misses about the show, including her co-star Jason Earles. However, Miley tries to stay off of the topic of “Hannah Montana” as much as possible so that she doesn’t have to talk about her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, who recently spoke to GQ Magazine about how he feels the Disney Channel show tore his family apart.

Billy Ray Cyrus Calls “Hannah Montana” Season Four “A Disaster”

Billy Ray Cyrus said in an interview with GQ Magazine that the fourth season of the Disney Channel Original Series “Hannah Montana” was “a disaster.” Here’s the quote:

Season four, it was a disaster. I was going to work every single day knowing that my family had fallen apart, but yet I had to sit in front of that camera. I look back and I go, How did I ever make it through that? I must be a better actor than I thought.

Yikes! We wonder how Miley Cyrus feels about this.

Miley Cyrus’ Dad Billy Ray Cyrus Isn’t Very Happy About “Hannah Montana”

February 16, 2011 |  by  |  No Comments  |  Share

Uh oh. Actor Billy Ray Cyrus, father of Miley Cyrus, is more than a little unhappy about the Disney Channel Original Series “Hannah Montana” that he and his daughter were a part of for four seasons. During an interview with GQ magazine, the interviewer told Billy Ray that “Hannah Montana” most likely brought a lot of families closer together, but asked if he thought that the show played a role in his own family splitting apart. Here’s what Billy Ryan answered:

Oh, it’s huge—it destroyed my family. I’ll tell you right now—the da** show destroyed my family. And I sit there and go, ‘Yeah, you know what? Some gave all.’ It is my motto, and guess what? I have to eat that one. I some-gave-all’d it all right. I some-gave-all’d it while everybody else was going to the bank. It’s all sad.

And that’s not all. Billy Ray also said that he wished “Hannah Montana” never happened:

I hate to say it, but yes, I do. Yeah. I’d take it back in a second. For my family to be here and just be everybody okay, safe and sound and happy and normal, would have been fantastic. Heck, yeah. I’d erase it all in a second if I could.

Yikes…Thoughts?
