Selena Gomez, David Henrie, Jennifer Stone and Gregg Sulkin all recently visited the Radio Disney studios and spoke with RD host Jake Whetter about the finale of “Wizards of Waverly Place,” which took place last week. The group also discussed their plans for 2012, which include more acting and of course music! Listen below and let us know what you thought of the finale episode of WOWP!
The finale of the hit Disney Channel Original Series “Wizards of Waverly Place” aired last night, and it’s no surprise that Selena Gomez’s character Alex Russo was named the family wizard, meaning she got to keep her powers. What was surprising though was that Selena wasn’t the only character who got to remain a wizard. Her brother Justin Russo, played by David Henrie, also got to keep his powers by becoming headmaster at the WizTech school.
Sadly though, the third Russo sibling, Max Russo played by Jake T. Austin, had to give up his powers. Lucky for him though he became the new owner of the family’s sub shop.

David Henrie will be in the new movie titled “Little Boy.” The movie is set in a small American town during WWII where an 8-year-old boy with developmental problems only has one friend – his father. When the boy’s dad goes to war, the boy is forced to confront the cruelty of everyone around him.

The movie will begin filming in Baja, California later this month. We’ll keep you posted when we know more!
Gregg Sulkin (“Avalon High” and “Wizards of Waverly Place”) celebrated his 19th birthday on May 29th, but just now a video from his party has surfaced! Gregg spent the day at a go-kart racing track with some of his closest friends, including Debby Ryan, David Henrie, Hayley Kiyoko and Jennifer Stone.
