“Camp Rock” and “Phineas and Ferb” star Alyson Stoner has released an EP album titled “Beat The System.” Here is the track listing and song description that Alyson herself posted on her website:

1) “Sweet” — An infectious blend of syrupy sweet confession

2) “Lookin For Love” — A sassy proclamation of self-respect and confidence in perfect timing.

3) “Beat The System” — A hard-hitting, ambitious groove that won’t settle until justice is served and our voices are heard.

4) “Hello Again” — Inspired by Faith Hill, a ballad reeking of vulnerability and untold stories, with a new spin of electronic production.

5) “Almost Home (Bonus Track)” — My favorite song, unapologetically laced with honesty, hope, and a world-changing/death-defying message.

Let us know if you pick up the album and what you think!

March 11, 2011 |  by  |  No Comments  |  Share

Watch the Disney Channel tonight, March 11, 2011 at 9pm ET/PT for two new episodes of “Phineas and Ferb.” The first episode is titled “Run, Candace, Run.” In the episode Phineas and Ferb invent a pair of boots that make the wearer run really fast. Candace decides to wear the shoes so that she is able to be at two places at once – Jeremy’s family picnic and the library, where she promised her mother she would read to kids.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s building is also being put up for sale and he tries to convince the prospective buyer, Annabelle, that the building is not worth buying. However, it turns out that Annabelle is a long lost relative of the family!

“Run, Candace, Run” was written by Jennifer Keene and Martin Olson and directed by Jay Lender.

The second episode is called “Last Train to Bustville.” In the episode, Phineas and Ferb visit their grandparents and decide to create and race a huge hot air balloon. Also, Candace is inspired by a train engineer’s attitude and she decides to “give up” on busting her brothers.

Dr. Doofenshmirtz ends up finding a Dodo bird egg and he thinks it will hatch to be a fierce bird-monster that can help him take over the Tri-state area. Turns out he’s wrong!

“Last Train to Bustville” was written by Martin Olson and directed by Rob Hughes.

Alyson Stoner Talks About Her Wardrobe Malfunction!

September 10, 2010 |  by  |  No Comments  |  Share

Uh oh! Alyson Stoner had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction on stage while she was on tour with the Jonas Brothers and the cast of Camp Rock 2! Here’s what she said:

On tour, my dress almost fell off during ‘Love Bug.’ My strap just completely fell off and my partner mdot had to hold it up while we were doing our routine. Otherwise, I would have been dressless and costumeless and that wouldn’t have been pretty. We love those little flaws and imperfections because it teaches you that we’re imperfect and we learn how to adapt and adjust and be normal. It’s a good challenge for us.

Yikes! We’re impressed that Alyson was able to go on with her routine even when her strap broke! Have you seen the JoBros or the cast of Camp Rock 2 on tour yet?
