We were so sad to hear about the passing of singing legend Whitney Houston, but we are glad to see that artists like Allstar Weekend are commemorating her through their own music. The guys, who are signed to Hollywood Records, recorded a new song called “Wanna Dance With Somebody,” which is actually a Whitney cover! Listen below and let us know what you think!
It’s official, the guys from Allstar Weekend are back on the road again! They posted the photo to their Facebook page this week along with writing:
On the road again!!!
Exciting! Do you have plans to see the group in concert early this year?
Allstar Weekend has announced their winter tour dates! Watch the video above to not only learn the dates, but also to laugh hysterically – we love these guys!
P.S. Are you planning on attending any of the upcoming Allstar Weekend shows?
The Allstar Weekend guys got the great idea to cover the song “Pants on the Ground,” which made its debut on a previous season of the hit FOX show “American Idol.” Here’s what the guys posted along with the video:
“This is dedicated to General Larry Platt.”
Haha!
The guys from Allstar Weekend were on ABC’s “Live With Regis and Kelly” in late September to preform their brand new single “Blame It On September.” The ballad is off of their new album “All The Way.” Have you listened to the album yet? If so, which track on the album is your favorite.
It’s so crazy to know that former Allstar Weekend member Nathan Darmody is on the new album, but he’s not performing with the guys as they promote the CD! Do you miss Nathan as part of the group?
