Disney Star Mitchel Musso Arrested On DUI Charges

Disney star Mitchel Musso was arrested on DUI charges over the weekend. The actor (“Pair of Kings,” “PrankStars,” “Phineas and Ferb”) was pulled over at 3:43 am after failing to slow down at an intersection where a police officer was directing traffic.

The 20-year-old actor was given a field sobriety test and tested over the .08 limit for alcohol in his system. At 20-years-old it isn’t legal in the US for Mitchel to drink yet, and there’s no reason that he should have been driving after drinking. How hard would it be for him to call a cab, or a friend?

We’re not sure yet how this will affect his career with Disney. What do you think? Will Disney let him go from all the shows he works on? Or, will they brush this to the side and continue to employ the former “Hannah Montana” star?
