The latest rumor about former Disney star Demi Lovato is that she is dating Gene Simmons’ son, Nick Simmons. However, shortly after the story broke about the two hanging out together “romantically” Demi took to Twitter to defend their friendship:

Rumors really make me giggle sometimes.. Can’t a girl just have guy friends?!

And there you have it, Demi and Nick are NOT dating!
