Disney has revealed the packaging for the upcoming release of the original “TRON” film to Blu-ray. Most sites reporting this news have said they don’t like the cover artwork, but what do you think?
We definitely think it’s too simple and would never work as the cover art for “TRON: Legacy,” but “TRON” was made in 1982, and perhaps this is the perfect cover to represent the oldie-but-goodie movie…It’s up to YOU to let us know!
PS – We’ll keep you posted on a release date for the Blu-ray.

Taylor Lautner Says “Twilight” Might Become A TV Series
Why is it being released after the new movie came out.
Whoever is responsible for the layout and design for the Blu-ray cover for this movie needs to give a classic-cult film its due diligence by giving it a PROPER art cover. THIS “attempt” is potentially, EFFORTLESS garbage. Who signs off on this stuff? This is terrible and it looks utterly ridiculous! Here’s an idea, why not just use the original poster art? Or maybe the same jacket design for the 20th Anniversary DVD? Disney says “Nah, we think this [design] would look cool!.” Well it doesn’t, it’s an epic fail of suck from your art department – TRY again. Might as well release it as a 30th Anniversary release too but we’d have to wait another year for that I guess.
