ABC’s “Modern Family” Star Sarah Hyland Attends The 2010 Teen Vogue “Young Hollywood Party”

One of the stars of the hit ABC show “Modern Family,” Sarah Hyland attended the 8th annual Teen Vogue “Young Hollywood Party” on Friday October 1, 2010 at Paramount Studios in Hollywood, California.

Although Sarah stays busy filming her television show, she also has three movies (Conception, Monster Heroes, Mother’s Little Helpers) in post production that are all slated for release in 2010 according to IMDB.
