Tokyo Disney Welcomes 500 Millionth Guest

Wow! On August 27th the Tokyo Disney Resort welcomed its 500-millionth guest! The special guest was a 38-year-old woman was was greeted by Disney characters Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse and was given a plaque, a Mickey Mouse stuffed animal, and a five-year park passport!

The Tokyo Disneyland park has been open since April 1983 while Tokyo Disney Sea opened in August 2001.
