Miley Cyrus is working on a new music video for her song “Who Owns My Heart.” Word is that the music video will only be released in Europe while Miley’s next single in the United States will be her song “Two More Lonely People.”

Miley filmed scenes for her new music video in Detroit, Michigan where Miley is currently on location filming for her new movie “LOL: Laughing Out Loud” with actress Demi Moore.
