Will Disney's Deal To Sell Miramax Be Finalized?

From the looks of it it might not, again!

Word is that Disney needs a nonrefundable $40 million payment toward the purchase of Miramax Films from Ronald N. Tutor by Wednesday or else the deal will not be moving forward.

If the deal stops then Disney will begin looking for more individuals who are interested in purchasing the Miramax Films studio.

It seems like this has been going on forever, doesn’t it?
