Joe Jonas was spotted out and about on his way to lunch in Los Feliz, California on July 23rd, 2010. Even though both Joe and his ex-girlfriend Demi Lovato must be upset about their recent breakup, and the fact that they have to go on tour together next month for the Jonas Brothers 2010 World Tour / Camp Rock 2 Tour, the two have never looked better than they have in the last fews weeks.
