Months and months after it was announced that the Walt Disney Company would be selling the Miramax Film Studio the deal has finally been decided on.

Turns out Los Angeles billionaire Ronald Tutor will be purchasing Miramax for $675 million along with his partners Morgan Creek, Colony Capital and David Bergstein. Miramax will stay up and running and Morgan Creek will become a distribution partner.

Disney spokespeople are refusing to comment until the deal is finalized and on paper, which is expected to be by the end of the month.
