The Disney Parks Blog released pictures of the final building block being added to the new Disney Cruise Line ship the “Disney Dream” at the Meyer-Werft shipyard today. The shell of the ship consists of 80 pieces that have to be intricately put together and the final piece weighed in at an astounding 260 tons.
With the ships interior still to be built the ship is getting a little bit closer to nearing it’s first maiden voyage date of January 26, 2011. We can’t wait to see pictures from the finished ship but for now it’s so cool to see how it’s all being put together.
