At the 2010 White House Correspondents Dinner, Radio Disney star Justin Bieber got a picture with who he calls his “Girlfriend” Kim Kardashian lol, in the tweet he sent out with the photo to his fans on twitter and we are sure it’s making a lot of girls crazy. Kim Kardashian tweeted later saying “I officially have Bieber Fever!!!” Looks to us like Justin has a new fan?
