Back in 2009 Disney stars collaborated on Disney’s “Friends For Change” that created a song called “Send It On” that featured some of Disney biggest stars all singing together including Miley Cyrus, Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez and Kevin Jonas.
